Very sorry about your loss! I recently went through lie after lie about my front doors. They failed to give a receipt for advance payment. They said it would take three weeks. I am in week six. Now they need another $300 for shipment. I have no receipt for the first payment. This is not how you run a business. Let me guess, they don't call you back. I'm out too. My CC will get my money back. This industry is filled with liars. Ive been lied to by the best. Please get the correct gut feeling and facts up front. Ask for references. Check BBB. Oh by the way, they rate D- ! Pay with CC. Get receipt at the time of payment. Have them call you back. If you need to call them within two days, then Don't hand over any money. There are good people out there to help keep your Bessy on the road. Im sure they do good work in the shop. I dont think the shop realizes the run -around people get. Remember this is not an investment. Its a money pit. We want instant results. Try elsewhere!
