P0430 Bank 2 Cat code - time to replace CAT (1 Viewer)

My LC100 have had this same code for close to 5 years now and I've erased the codes many times using OBDII scanner but it is returning more often now. So I think it is time to replace the CAT, looks like Magnaflow 458005 Ca. compliant will fit the car, does anyone have this as a replacement? I hope I only need to replace one. Brand OEM costs a bit much, unless people think that's worth it.

Why replace the CAT? Is not having the light on worth the insane price of a new CAT? You’ve probably been getting the same mpg the last five years as you will the next five with a new CAT. I have the same CEL and same 14-16 mpg I will have any other time.

Will replacement cats increase exhaust flow and improve power?
