Ok so I need to talk through/document this one. I have a P0174 issue. 2006 LC VVTI. It’s constantly pending or popping the CEL. High LTFT on Bank 2 always. I’ve replaced all vacuum hoses. I’ve ran 44k through my system. Twice in 3 months. I’ve replace the air intake box. Had some cracking in the tube. I’ve smoke tested. No leaks seen. I’ve replaced PCV valve. It was crusty, like an inordinate amount. New fuel filter. It was original. Propaned it. No change in RPM. I ran an injector test in Techstream yesterday that identified potential injector #1 issue when I shut it off. Not sure how dependable that is but it’s a start. There is no change or a slight dip in Injector Port Volume when I shut it off. Idles smooth. Power seems steady even hauling ass up mountain passes up to 13k feet. No P0171 ever pends or causes CEL. I’ll need to do compressions and pull injection rails to service injectors next. I shut off CEL just to see if it would pop up again. It typically alway pends P1074 immediately and CEL usually comes back on in a day or less. I changed my driving habits from racecar driver to Sunday granny. That was 6 days ago. It still has not come back on after a driving style change and the P0174 is no longer even pending. That the longest it’s been off/not pending. Maybe I’m too hard on it? I can put in neutral and up the RPMs to 3k and Pend the P0174 pretty quickly. Also gas smell and bad MPG. I can get it to 14MPG when driving cautiously and limited gettin on it. That’s in traffic /city/stop and go and interstate CO driving during my commute. Hoping to document this in case anyone has any ideas or has the same issue. Searched high and low here and across most sites with the 2UZFE VVT sites. Thanks in advance.

Also no misfires. Coolant and oil temp normal.

whats the o2 sensor data on that bank say when you purposely pend the code sitting ?
if its pending/popping immediately, it should be showing up in data pretty obviously.
