P0136 Code (1 Viewer)

Ok - replaced O2 sensors with Denso OEM units but continue to get this P0136 code which is the drivers side (Bank 1 Sensor 2) sensor after the cat stating O2 Sensor Circuit.
Any ideas as to other items in the circuit I need to address?
