Overall vehicle height with lift and tires?

So before I go buy the kit and drive into my garage, and do an install, could someone measure their truck for me? Im starting to think once I put a lift and tires on ill be stuck... Anyways, the most likely setup will be ome 2" with 295's, and I DO have the factory roofrack ontop. If someone has the overall measurement from ground to top of roof racks with a similar setup I sure would appreciate it!! Thanks!

-searches came up with 79-82 inches but no one specified with or without rack...(BTW my garage is 82.75 inches tall... ouch)

Your specs are off. Mine with 285s, 12mm bodylift and AHC in high(2" lift basically) PLUS my AO rack base is 79.5" tall. Subtract 1" for the roof rack to be the height of a oem one and another half for bodylift...go from there

You'll be close. I'll measure when I get home, but I have a short garage door (like 7') and my truck, similar to what you're asking (285's and OEM rack), fits with just a bit to spare.

You're good. I'm below that with 3" lift and 315's and the OEM rack. To reduce height further you could leave the side rack rails on and remove the taller cross-way side-to-side rack rails as they stick up the most.

Thanks for checking, your garage is about what im working with, I think I'm going to have to take the cross bars off like shotts mentions below. It will deffinately down to the inches!

Mine with 285's , OME 865 with 30mm spacer, oem roof rack and my total height is 79 inches..

by the way what is the stock height? just curious..

I have the same setup that you're looking for. 295's with 2" OME and the factory rack. At the highest point of the rack, the rear crossbar, I measured 80". With the crossbars off it would be at 79".
