We ended up redoing the rear quarters. My donor truck had too many dents and such so we opted for new panels.

You might consider having it hot dip galvanized. Should cost around $1000-$1500 to have done. The end result is a chassis with protection hood for 40+ years of abuse.Well, been a month since last post! Picked up my new to me, great condition chassis! Thank you Paul and Chad!
Can't wait to get it under the truck.
Now... the truck is still in paint. Not sure what the hold up is.
