My guess is solid like a sweat box I couldn't figure out how to edit the white off of the background.

Regular screen print shirts are ok but some with the thick print like the BBRC shirts can get pretty hot.

Turn it into a vector drawing... I've done this. The printer should be able to do it for you. If not, send it to me and I'll give it a shot.

i would kill the white background if you can; it is distracting. Of course it will mean you will need to print on different background?

It's pretty straight forward, that I've seen.

I agree that turning it into vector is the way to go. Have you graphic guy touch it up as well. That way you can blow it up or shrink and maintain a certain level of clarity and visibility. It may require modifying logo a little if you are not opposed to it.

I got the notice last night that yours was going to print in the next day or so. You could set Chris' shirt up on there. You only have to sell one for the run to print.
