How do we go about getting your guys to honor orders which have been placed ? I am getting no acceptable results from your email address and thought I would post here before I open a case with PayPal and see if this gets any response.
I have been fed the " we are shipping it today BS" and I see you even bothered to print a UPS label in an attempt to appease me. I just got off the phone with UPS and they confirmed nothing has been picked up and all that has happened is you have printed a label which is a common thing shops seem to do to play the game ...
It has been over a week now on an In Stock Item ..WTF ..
