Options instead of carpet?

I have a 2007 FJ Cruiser and lover it! I love the flooring too. No carpet. All plastic.

I also have an 84' 60 in Freeborn red! I love her even more. I have gutted, going into paint and want to put a flooring in like what I have in the FJ. Does anyone know of a non-carpet option for the 60 series? That would cover all the sound proofing, wires, etc? Just like carpet would?

Search this forum and maybe Ih8mud in general. There are probably a fair number of posts about vinyl floors. Some floors will be better than others!

Did you ever find a flooring option? I am in the same boat with my 84 FJ60, would love to find a replacement for the carpet. I have reverted the old linked thread and it is great, mainly folks though thought the quality of the vinyl mold was mediocre.

I didnt. But I put my 60 on the back burner for a bit. Please share if you find a good option.
