Photos are from a 2008 LC with 150K miles that I'm considering. Thoughts on rust or any other possible issues?

No, you can do much better, unless they are paying you to take it. Exhaust work and new clamps help to show some contrast in the condition of the original frame and rust.

I vote no also. Mine had its 1st four years only on NY, way less visible rust than that, and it’s fought me every step of the way on upgrades. Pretty much all gone now but way more headaches than you can see waiting under all that. I know they are hard to come by, but I’d pass
