I just purchased an old landcruiser model HZJ75LV. I am looking for an operator's manual for this vehicle. I live in Rwanda and don't expect to find one here. Does anyone know of a website where I could download a PDF file of the manual. Thanks.

Were you after a workshop manual or an owners manual(the information booklet that comes with them new) ?
The 1HZ engine and body/chassis manual are available for download in the stickies at the top of the forum.
The owners booklets often come up on Aussie ebay,saw one there not long ago, cheap!
