This is an old electrician's trailer we found in NE Tennessee. A local fabricator did the build work - new fenders, extended tongue, and custom rack for RTT and awning. Welded trailer leg. New rear bumper with LEDs and receiver for bike racks, etc. TONS of storage! Deep wells, lots of little storage nooks, and two compartments with swing-down doors that perfectly fits a camp stove. Comes with 3-axis coupler. Professionally bedlined exterior. New 3500# axle with electric brakes. CVT Mt. Rainier with Annex and skylights. CVT awning. New poly tongue box with keys.

A great trailer to continue the build! We are starting a family business and need to raise capital, otherwise we would keep this for Fall explorations.

This is a great, lightweight trailer to get back off the grid, and still sleep off the ground and have enough room for the necessities.

When deployed, what's it measure from ground to floor of tent and ground to awning?

Ground to bottom of tent is approx. 70". Ground to awning is approx 80". There is another adjustment in the suspension where you can raise the trailer another inch also if desired.
