i used to work at a tire store and we would receive tires from tires from tire rack bundled in pairs with just a sticker on em from UPS.

I have called my local UPS store and they have quoted me around $ 135 just for a single tire. Does anybody know a cheaper and reliable way to ship this item !.

If you let some of the air out of the tire, call it 36x36x11 (MTRs aren't a full 37" tall) I get a FedEx ground quote of about $50 from 10027 to 83702.

That said, I can get a new tire shipped for about the same price. As I don't need the wheel, just the tire, I'll probably buy on-line from a dealer.

If I could buy it local, and not have to pay shipping, I'd be all over it.

Interesting, did not thought of let some air out and that is less than 37" . I still think $ 50 is expensive. MAybe I'll reduce the price on the MTR and see If I could ship it. Chad what do you think ?.
I do work around 10021 . Too bad you don't need the wheel.

Seems to be around the same. Sorry this cant work out !.
I have purchased a 40 and I have no use for it., It will take me a few years to restore the way I want it, and then I could use that MTR plus 3 others!

Thanks for trying. It just doesn't make sense to have to deal with that kind of shipping costs. Mudship isn't looking good either. Good luck selling it!
