Well, I have undertaken the on board air (OBA) mod for the cruiser, 1992 FJ80. I have purchased a York 210L and will start gathering the rest of the needed items: regulator, oil seprater, guages, tank etc.

My model in this undertaking is Jon Held's diagrams and pictures. Jon can be found on the Yahoo 3FE list.

The biggest task for me is the bracket to hold the York to the engine, I'm going to need to fab it up. This will take several weekend's of taking the smog pump off and taking measurements, placement, belt alignment, etc.

However, if someone out there has a model to benchmark the bracket against then this could be easier!!! :grinpimp:

Any thougths or feedback is greatly appreciated.

Are we going to try to do a tech sesion on this. I'd be up for helping if time allows.

Jim would like to help if I am not working on my problems.

Thanks fellows,
I think I won't start the modification/fab up work until the end of the October. I've got some things to do the first two weekend in Oct. I'll let you know when I start. Really, the hardest past is going to be the bracket.

Thanks,
