ome shocks decompression (1 Viewer)

I have purchased ome shocks for my LX450. Now, after removing a wire retainer on them they slowly decompress when left horizontally on the ground. Except one, which does not decompress by itself. Does it mean this shock is broken? Should I send it back and ask for replacement. Ambient temperature is apx. 15 degrees Celsius.

cycle them a few times, sometimes they act funny until they've been cycled.

All four shocks should have the same pressure.
