Funny how these trucks from Oman all seem to be the same, am I right @Honger? 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Not sure if this is a show across the bow or just a statement of fact.

At this point though, I feel confident that I could trade this Troopy straight up for a 2010-2012 200 series.

I feel pretty comfortable that it's a statement of fact vs. a shot across the bow since I have an Omani Troopy and have read probably every thread on Mud about ones that have come from Oman 😂

You've got a truck that will keep surprising you the deeper you dig. Trust me.

Working on a Middle East cruiser….

I don't know why I took it the way I originally did, my apologies. I continue to be suprised every single day with this thing. I'm not looking forward to what I am finding behind the dash.

Good lord if this isn't true I don't know what is.

Can you point me to the person ready to make that trade!?!?

The Omani Troopy owners group grows… we’ll all likely develop some sort of dust borne respiratory illness.

30k should get you into a 200 series. Might be a niche buyer but I'm sure it could be sorted.

I needed this pic… forgot how much I miss Saddam.
Good ol’ Saddam Hussein....some close ups for your viewing pleasure.

So it's not all doom and gloom, you should at least show how the shop truck ended up.

Could have had a nice 200 series for what I have in this truck :)

Parts continue to arrive. Need to redo my front knuckles here asap as both look terrible.

Will put new rotors, calipers, and pads on at the same time.

Valve is for the eventual heater install, need to redo my belts as well plus some while I'm in there items.

Says my oil was changed in Oman less than 2000km ago, but will change the oil anyway.

MT-90 is good stuff
Iv had good luck with it in older Toyota gearbox and transfer cases.
Hoping it helps ease the shifting. First to second always seems to stick.
