It does not come with crossbars show in the photo but does come with the clips to mount to your crossbars or factory roof rack.
I hate to say it but it was never used only mounted to a truck that sat in the garage. Truck was sold 10 years ago and the rack was stored in my warehouse.
Fairing was never mounted and still in original packaging. I may or may not have the fairing hardware.
Looking for $200 plus $40 to ship via UPS it is big.
