OH !!! I did something bad to my 2H (mech in San Diego?)

Anyone know of a good diesel mechanic is San Diego for my 1985 2H motor? Driving home last night I heard a kocking starting at 65mph, I pulled straight over to the shoulder and shut her down....towed home.
The knocking seems to be comming from the top end..
