If the club wants to prioritize this, I'll be happy to run to Tractor Supply this weekend, pick up some wheels and tires for the cooker and install them. We can talk about it more this weekend at the barn.
I think everyone decided this was the way to go for replacements (LED's can get installed later):

We need a HAMOM for the pig cooker. Propane torches and shovels may be required to remove the grease and the grease plug in the bottom of the cooker.

We opened it up and looked inside on Sunday. It’s squeaky clean inside. All it needs is a quick hose-down and a set of wheels and tires…maybe a set of bearing buddies and a few shots of grease.

I wanna say I think I was the last one to keep the cooker at my house. The last time I drove it to the barn, I dragged the deep fryer propane fitting, not sure if we ever fixed that? Also, I clean the heck out of it before I drop it off

I did notice that one of the regulator/lines was in the grill itself. That's easy enough to replace.

@jrmudder92 and I took the cooker to the car wash in Albemarle. The grease drain in the bottom was filled with hardened fat and grease. It should probably be checked again before the next use.
