I finally pulled the trigger and got a 200 series today for Saudi (Big thanks to Maujkar for locating this unit!!). It's a 2010 with the D4D (twin turbo v8 4.5ltr diesel). It has an OME lift, dual batteries, on board air, internal roll cage, center and rear factory locks, sub fuel tank, rear mounted spare, 9000lb super winch, skid plates, leather seats and GPS, and only 36000km.

I'm hanging on to my 100 series in the US but guess my 76 will have to wait till next year.

Price was US $44,000.

Yeeehhhhhh ! Congrats man ! So happy for you and that the deal went through smoothly - It turns out to have even more mods than initially advertised. I guess the agent had no clue ? :-) how was the maintenance check ?

You plan on driving it back?

Congratulations! We have addition to our 4x4 group. Now last minute decline people (like me) will be ignored. Was In Sharjah/Dubai today - could have seen this rig over there.

take it back ASAP

nice and not a bad deal at all!

Where can we buy skid plates from Dharan? would you know? and what brand?

Awesome truck!

Just because I was curious...Kelly blue book has that same truck selling in the US (with the normal gas motor) for at least $10,000 more than you paid! thanks for posting the price, I like knowing how the rest of the world fairs compared to USA. Have fun and hit the sand dunes for us

I think the skid plates may have been a custom fab. When I get it to Saudi I'll try to figure it out. If its custom you could just take them to a local fab shop and have them copy the design?

I'm not driving it back, have to be at work tomorrow and still have some paperwork to do before I can drive it. So it's being shipped by truck.

You can custom make skid plates in a place called Tuqbah - not too far from Dhahran. A friend had it made there and I'm planning to do the same. You can even choose the metal thickness etc..

Congratulations, that's a nicely equipped LC200! That would sell in the US for twice that price if only it could be imported.

For various reasons that I won't get into here, I backed out of the purchase of that 200. I bought a new 76 today instead. My 200 will have to wait a little longer.

Sorry it did not work out for you ... now tell us more about the 76!!!

Congrats on a Nice Rig

That is definitely a drool-worthy rig for those of us stuck in the US .... :bounce::bounce2::steer::clap:
