Is this abnormal? Passenger rear sticks out 1” or so more than driver side. Drives straight and smooth even on the 35s and steelies.

Panhards will cause the axle to follow an arc - as you lift, the front wheels will move to the DS and the rear wheels to the PS (on a left hand drive 80).

It's the nature of the beast. Hence some folk run adjustable panhards to re-center - but that just centers at a static height.

Yes it is normal since the panhard rod (lateral track bar) is a static length. To recenter the axle you could purchase an adjustable panhard rod (longer) and install.
 
Perfectly normal, your panhard bar is no longer level with your axke so, it pulls it to one side the higher you raise the truck . There are several options out there if it bugs you. But, you shouldn't have any issues. Been driving mine like that for 10 years now.
