Hey folks,
As part of my AHC system refresh, I decided to order two new coil springs for my LX.
I ordered two different parts for the right rear and left rear:
Firstly, I initially ordered these at McGeorge Toyota because these on first blush seemed to be the same part as for the LX. But after searching it seems there are also these part numbers:
48231-6A740 (Rear Left)
48231-6A730 (Rear Right)
But the above Toyota part numbers also show as fitting the LX470 on the Lexus parts site... Is there actually any material difference between them?
Secondly, the parts that arrived look very similar despite being labeled with different part numbers on the stickers.... Are these for the same side or does it even matter? They seem to be wound in exactly the same direction. Photo attached below!
Thanks in advance for the advice!
