I just got a code 28 on my CEL and i was wondering if it is the one on the inside or outside i have to change.

Before you drop coin on new sensors, trace the wiring from each sensor back to the main harness near the starter, under the brake master cylinder. I've seen this be the culprit just as often as the sensor itself. Look for breaks in the insulation and clean the connectors. Reset your ECM and see what happens.
