Curious on this, some cars like an 07 Lexus when you hold the unlock lowers the windows. Am I crazy for thinking that the Lc100 should as well?

This is an option that has to be programmed through TIS Techstream. So you will either need to download Techstream and get a connector, find someone local to you that has the capability OR take to the dealership to have them do.
