I just imported an 85 FJ60 into Canada and I need to order a new fender. The dealer ran my VIN and the correct fender for mine says - with w/ molding. Can someone tell me what that means. The dealer thinks it's wheel molding but I don't recall ever seeing a 60 with trim around the wheel wells, at least not in Canada. thanks, pete

that's 'cause they all rust off!!!

i have seen some with a thin trim strip on the wheel wells, could be a USA thing, y'know how them yanks like the bling bling.

might mean the under hood vent gizmo, fj's got 'em bj's did not.

why are you buying from the toyota stealer?? shop around, you'll pay less.

good luck

I can get a repro cheaper but my body guy is the one that told me to go factory. He told me it would line up much nicer than a repro. Used OEM is about 200.00 usd plus 125.00 shipping. Nothing here in B.C, because of the vent hole.
And the rust! pete
