Hey folks,

Searched but couldn't find exactly this sound I'm experiencing. I'm not sure it's normal with AHC but perhaps it is? Upon startup and braking I can hear a hydraulic type sound that almost sounds like a brake pad leaning against the rotor but it's slightly different. Also, it doesn't change when the brakes are applied. Since it happens on braking, I'd assume it's the AHC maintaining pressure. Is this normal? From TechStream, it appears my numbers are reasonable. It's kind of annoying but obviously inaudible with any stereo sound. N00b just wondering. Thanks!

I think it's your brake accumulator. It's normal for them to "bzzzzzz" for 20-30 sec on startup and during braking. It's just pressurizing (?) the system.
