I suppose you could just drive up and down a really steep hill - at any speed - and you’d get some additional fore/aft lubrication 😝
 
Now, our 40’s have an advertised grade ability of 34 degrees, so if we take the square root of the dipstick level X the tangental cosine of the tire pressure, that would indicate that on a 34 degree slope (forward or backward)....... the oil level will indeed soak through the main seal and front seal, respectively of course.

So yes, your steep hill concept is very practical, theoretically anyway!
