Another update:

Retrofit Delta Joints installed the the TC uppers... also added some coilover covers before winter shows up.

Process wasn't bad. Need to get creative for a press tool since the taper bolt gets in way. Saved some money not buying the Icon tool and using a technique from a buddy, used a ball joint kit press tool and a washer as a spacer.

Looking forward to no more squeaks from the uca. Greasing suggested every 3,000 miles.

Had Insain Fab update my tcase skid after the crawl box pushed the tcase behind the original tcase skid...

Finally got some protection for the tcase so I don't keep doing this...

Other recent transformations:

Winter mode engaged with Yokohama Geolander G072 315/75r16 (previously used on our FJC.. didn't trust the KM3's in the winter)

so far just have it mounted up and a good jump on sealing up the bed... KB Voodoo rails installed for a better mating surface to the bed. Prinsu rack cut above the back doors. US Cargo Anchor Point in the rear for my pull down strap.

Bed rug came with the purchase along with interior LED lights and rear hatch light with strut switch. Has front and rear windows, wind skid, 6' awning on the other side and the grey space frame.

Looking to have my maxtrax on the roof rack next to my road shower. spare tire will go on the dual swing arm setup i'll get in a couple months...

The rest of the build up is in the works... try to keep the permanent bed items to a minimum but i do need a new home for my recover gear and spares that were on the roof...

Most likely will cut in a fan in the spring as well to help with any condensation/ventilation since we'll have 2 humans and 2 degs in the camper.
