Moving back to stock and this setup while desireable was not what I needed for this cruiser build. Im getting rid of the body lift to correct the steering and fix the tiny driveshafts as this will be a glorified mall cruiser. I did not drive this cruiser that much but everything was functioning after I got the engine running. It was driven a short distance and shifting was smooth in all gears and no unexpected noises. I changed the fluid on both anticipating just keeping it as is but came to a point where I had the make decisions on cutting the body to remove to lower the body to stock. The fluid on both was clean with no foreign material/ loose metal detected. The PO had started tearing the wiring apart and left it sitting awhile so i dont think these components were actually used much. I want to sell this complete but will considering parting if guys are inline for the other parts-
nv4500 5 spd advance adapters kit ( 1st 5.63:1, 5th 27% overdrive) includes shifter and correct shift knob
Orion T case- includes shifter also
fiberglass tranny cover
elongated front and rear DC driveshaft
this combo was mated to a 1976 2F so should be more or less a complete bolt in.. I didnt do the conversion so please read up on any mods needed to fit this to your cruiser.
prefer pickup but will consider shipping if you arrange. will drop off at fastenal but greyhound you can forget about.. thats a nightmare.
