I did a search and found a thread, that said "There are adapters to mount a NV4500 manual to the 1FZFE but nothing for the transfer case to the NV4500... "
Trans Swap I am looking into.

Now can anyone tell me where this NV4500 to 1fz-fe adapter is ?

The NV4500 to HF2AV is done courtesy of WitsEnd...

Adapting an NV4500 or NV 5600 manual to the 1fz opens the doors to whatever can be imagined behind the stock mill.

I know this is an older thread. Worth dropping a question.

Got a link for an adapter for the nv4500 to 1fzfe? My googling didn’t turn up any hits

It doesn’t exist

It can, but it doesn’t right now

ok. One of these threads made it sound like that adapter existed but no adapter for the transfer case. However I found a lot of adapters for the t case and none for the engine 😂

I'd be able to make this happen if I had dimensions haha. Otherwise I'd have to pull apart my rig to find out for myself and that's a lot of work on a running truck to simply poke around with my caliper.
On the long-long-term list of things to do

The adapter plate and machined shaft exists not sure about the adapter to the engine...
And do not try to do this swap unless your ready to do some major fabrication work.

one could stack all these adapters to puta NV4500 in their FZJ80 behind the 1FZ. But for similar cost could order up a brand new H152 and necessary parts and get very similar result, shifter in correct location, no adapters, probably nicer shift quality, quieter operation, etc

Would definitely recommend that ... shifter location with nv4500 and 1fz I'm not sure of but shifter location with ls and nv4500 no where near close I will say this I doubt anyone will ever see the swap I'm currently doing ever again lot but you don't have to take my word on it feel free to try.
