There was one guy that I know of that cut the 4wd portion of a 205 off and made a 205 to divorced tcase doubler.. So it is possible..
But.. I think what you are asking is if a 203/splitcase doubler is out there. The answer is yes. Multiple members on this board have them, me included. NEat setup and very strong..
do a search on 203 and you will get lots of options.

I've seen and read about the 203, looks sweet but I have a 205 and a NV4500

double the 203/205 and swap the axles? rather keep the LC, beefing up with chromoly longfields/axles front and rear, hysteer....
