Hi
I live in the northeast, I want to protect the undercarriage from salt corrosion

apart from spraying underneath the LC200 and spraying starbrite and rinsing off, have any of you guys used this product?

it’s what a local undercarriage protector shop uses. But I’ve heard and seen some horror stories where some of these protectors make things worse rather than better by trapping in salt and dirt and holding it there against the vehicle

I also heard Fluid Film just drips all over your driveway in summer heat and I just had the driveway done….

so what else?

old post but I just wanted to add this info for others future reference. Make sure you find a shop that actually bakes the vehicle before they apply the noxudol. I found a fantastic shop in Vermont that did my LC and I’m amazed at the quality of work from them. They took everything apart…running boards, lights, liners, etc, etc. pressure wash, clean, then bake it for several hours to make sure it’s bone dry before application. He explained how the seam seal that’s used everywhere likes to trap moisture and this is pretty much the only way to make sure the product will perform as expected. I ended up staying the weekend while they had my truck for 3 days just for this purpose. Only time will tell but I’m confident this was the right choice to protect my ride through Maine winters.

What’s the name of the shop I’m looking into products now.
