Did mine tonight for routine fluid change and mine looks identical to yours. Being the fill plug I put on a new washer and torqued a new fill plug to 27ft/lbs and didn't worry about it. Found this thread after the fact researching the tread gap. Maybe I need to attempt to fix it but it looks like it has done fine like this a long time...no leaks marks. My remaining threads were fine and I replaced the old fill plug with a new Toyota 10mm hex head plug. Hopefully it will not be an issue and it will be a while before I change it again.
