Am I missing something this chart shows 77031-60011 only good for 1/75-9/75. Earlier is 77310 and later is 77310. Does the 77031 not 77310 matter?

My euro spec 1974 FJ40 came from the dealer with this exact cap ! And yes a nice TEQ key.
Still working great and with a nice patina 47 years later :

Only the small cap over the key hole is missing for a long time now. Main rubber is a bit dry but still doing its job.
Hopefully I have a spare NOS I found for cheap on ebay France with the partnumber, for when the time for replacement comes

One point to note, if you have a fuel door I don't think it will fit behind it. It's not sticking much but still a little.

As for venting... I don't know how it works but it never was an issue with this truck (which does not have the evap thing) and came from the dealer like that.
