I've been staying caught up on pig news but got sidetracked an 80 I picked up for a song. Took all my attention from the pig. I looked at a 76 pig with a 350 for sale ($7500) and realized how much nicer mine was. So I'm back in the pig saddle!

Good question - I would guess that the compatibility is with the hood which would is usually on body of the same year.
