Hey guys, long time lurker. Made the dive last summer and found a nice LX for my wife and I to dive into the LC world. Was a local truck owned by a law firm (attorneys wife) out of Kansas City and serviced RELIGOUSLY at Hendrick Lexus of KC. I have a STACK of maintenance receipts in a folder from new to now.
277k miles
Most recently, I have done the following
-Timing Belt/Water Pump 90k mile service at Toyota of NWA. They also replaced several pulleys/tensioners for a total of $1900 in service done.
-new front wheel bearings replaced
-General AT tires are a year old with tons of life left.
Truck recently had a brake job and all fluids changed. Has one small rip on driver side seat that actually developed after I bought it. Outside of that, the interior is really, really nice and maintained for a 16 year old vehicle. The only rust on the truck is a little under the back rear lift gate, which is evidently very common. No rust under the vehicle. AHC works fine and will lift to H in a very short
Only flaw- parking brake handle is stuck in the down position. I haven’t tried to fix it and haven’t taken it in to have it checked out. Wasn’t a big deal to me, personally.
I have recently sold our GX460 private party, now it’s time for the LX to be sold so I can find a 200 series to blow money on
Asking $12,500
