Autigerfan, these will not directly fit a 04' LC or LX. The front floating hubs will stop it from seating properly.
So, you will need spacers. But not just any spacer, you will need Spidertrax in the front. Anything else will not fit. Only Spidertrax.
For the rear, it fits since the hub is flat, and here you can go with a different spacer than spidertrax, but be sure to get hubcentric.

Front: Spidertrax $$$
Rear: Hubcentric $

Will give it a nice aggressive look and fill out to the fender more flush.
