Any pointers from anyone out there that has replaced the rear bed and sill?

I just received my replacement bed and sill, any pointers for the break down? Want to hear people experiences with there projects.

I've replaced my rear sill and floor. Have started on the mid and front floor. Had to switch gears around the house for a while. I'll be back on task in a month. Come buy and I'll show you how I braced up the body before cutting out. Be back in town monday.
