I think the distributor part number for that application is 19100-61024, which is a vacuum retard distributor - NSW and Victoria only, the rest of the Australian market had vacuum advance distributors, Part Number 19100-61030. It's basically the same as the early 2F distributors in the US market, and shares the same cam sub-assembly as the 8/76 through 9/77 distributor and the same breaker plate as the 1/75 through 9/77 distributor. The governor springs and vacuum retard advancer are unique to that distributor, everything else is basically the same as the '77 2F distributor. And I believe it has an external condenser, so no igniter.

A 8/76 through 9/77 US market vacuum advance distributor (19100-61021) may be your best bet, unless you can source a 19100-61024 from Australia. You could always substitute in a vacuum retard advancer from a 1/75 through 8/76 if you think it will help pass emissions. I can check the vacuum retard curves to see how similar they are.
