Some Moderator needs to Delete Threads 12-20. I just wasted 5 minutes of my life reading that crap.
I'm having the same problem as the OP in some aftermarket Shocks. My mechanic is saying its internal but I'm not 100% convinced. The loose upper bolt theory has me wondering. I had mine pretty darn tight but how tight is tight enough?
