    in the article it says there are a couple of other states raising it too. I can't remember which ones. Just sucks for those of us who make more than minimum.

    Nothing like living on the backs of the poverty class. Don't know what's wrong with these people, my dad's dad made 40 cents a week and was plenty happy, and that was with 50 hours of overtime. I say we raise their taxes to compensate.

    Feds are going to raise the minimum soon also.

    In Kalifornia, $.75 now and $.50 in 2008 I believe is what was on the news last night.
