I sold this 2021 Heritage Edition Land Cruiser overland build new in March 2021 to a gentleman in Houston Texas who wanted it for the summer to travel the National Parks with his two teen sons. The build included the following modifications:

- Slee LX570 Sliders with rock lights
- Prinsu roof rack

- BFG KO2 LT305/65R18 (33.60" x 12.00") tires wrapped on the OME Heritage Edition BBS Bronze wheels
- 1.25" Spidertrax wheel spacers
- Bud Built stainless steel front, engine, t-case skid plate
- Escort Max ci 360 fully integrated radar detector jammer (not legal in California, Virginia, DC, maybe some other commie areas too)
- 12.5 gallon LRA aux fuel tank with upgraded plumbing kit
- Rigid 40" single row midnight edition light bar (which we removed for the 2nd owner)
- Baja Designs amber fog lights
- ARB drawers, one half drawer with roller top, one full drawer
- Samlex power inverter with Samlex remote switch/voltage gauge
- Dual batter system using RedArc BCDC1240D charger/isolator with RedArc SBI12 SBI to jump primary battery with the aux battery, Slee aux battery tray, Full Throttle AGM group 35 aux battery
- Additional Kussmaul USB A and USB C ports

Workaround video featured on our YouTube channel here from when I sold it new (this video is old)

After the summer National Park tour, customer called me asking if I would help him find a new Mori Green Nissan GT-R T-SPEC. Having access to three Nissan stores in our automotive group, we allocated him the GT-R and took the Land Cruiser in on trade.

In fall 2021, I sold this Land Cruiser to a guy in Kansas (who actually was a car dealership owner himself), but this was his personal vehicle and he titled it at his Montana address (hence MT registration on Carfax ... MT is a zero % sales tax state).

This new owner asked me to perform a few mods and customize it to his tastes. Those mods included:

- Adding an extra set of steelie wheels (with cloned TPMS sensors to the OME Heritage wheels for easy tire-set-swapping). These are OEM Tundra steel wheels
- Yokohama Geolander M/T LT285/70/18 (33.7" x 11.2")
- ARB Safari Snorkel
- Remove 40" light bar

In May 2023, this customer asked me if I would have interested in buying it. Hence it's current FOR SALE status.

This vehicle was transported in to Ed Martin Toyota 6/1/23 from KS. We did a health check and performed routine maintenance on the Land Cruiser.

- Health Check / Multi-point inspection
- Oil change
- Full detail (scheduled for 6/5/23) will post updated photos after detailed. Probably a new video too.
- No recommends at this time from service dept.

As of right now, this vehicle is for sale. Please call/text me (Eric Sarjeant) directly to talk about details. Email is fine too esarjeant@edmartin.com
This vehicle comes with both sets of wheels/tires. KO2 A/T on the BBS HE wheels and the Geolander M/T on the Tundra steelies. All four of the steelie wheels TPMS sensors are cloned to the BBS wheels, so you can swap w/o recalibrating the vehicle.

This is a rare Land Cruiser, as you most likely know, 2021 was the Last year for the Land Cruiser in the US. There were about 3000 sold (1100 being Heritage Edition). This vehicle is clean as they come and built right, by us. All documentation is available as we did the builds and sold the vehicle both times.

Asking $129,995 Good luck with purchase!

@Eric Sarjeant Does yesterday's latest BaT result change things for you? I'm only asking out of genuine curiosity because that one, while not as built was IMO a better looking rig maintaing a more OEM+ build and it sold for $105k ($110k if you count the BaT tax). There is a more comparable build to yours with less miles for sale at an Audi Dealer in Colorado right now for $105k

So help me understand here because I just don't see another $60k in value on this thing. I've followed the highs and lows of the 200 market (more specifically the Heritage Editions) pretty closely over the last year and currently have a deal in place (haven't taken delivery yet) on a clean, relatively stock 2020 HE with just under 17k miles and I am paying $90k even. Seems like prices are trending downward over the last few days.

Good Q! Answer is yes. That does change the valuation. A bad day for the seller but a good day for the buyer. That auction ended yesterday, a few days after I posted this one, so the unkown ending price was subjective to the listing price. All-in-all, very similar comp. I will certainly start lowering the price in the next few days, we've taken a few calls on this, but nothing serious to put on hold.
With that said, this unit won't ever sell for $105k because I would personally buy it and add it to my fleet before selling that low. Price is certainly negotiable, but also no hurry to move it because it makes my showroom 10x cooler when you walk in the front door and see it.

All used car prices will continue to fall. What is your auto loan going for?

New GX. It will be bigger than the old one.

Beautiful cruiser, always tastefully setup by Eric and crew at ed Martin. I think a benefit that has been overlooked here is that for anyone buying this awesome heritage edition, you get the support of Eric and a wonderful dealer to rely on for mods and maintenance. he helped my father get setup with airbags and compressor and was so helpful and attentive, and my father hadn’t even bought his Heritage edition from Eric or ed Martin. They are worth it. Good luck with the sale Eric and thanks so much for all your help. Looks forward to coming back out to noblesville for another Toyota.

4Runner, Prado and GX are on the same platform.. Internationally people like to call the prado a land cruiser but it is not. Big differences. No one knows but toyota will not drop the 4Runner and not have 2 vehicles in the same class.
The 4 runner and the FJ cruiser were on the same platform

I’m still embargoed from talking about it. But I’ll share more when I can.

Thanks Eric!

FJ40 throwback, 80 Series throwback, or 300 GR Sport would all earn a parking spot next to my 200! Fingers crossed!

Good Luck with sale. Great 200 & Great seller.

Congrats on the sale! When’s that embargo end?
