No throttle 2002 lc (1 Viewer)

Just picked up a 2002 LC 230k miles been sitting 4 years. New battery/gas cranked right up but no throttle. It will rev occasionally after a few pumps of pedal. Getting code p1127 .ECTS actuator power source circuit malfunction . Checked wires for damage all look good . Thinking about just replacing entire throttle body but would love to source problem. Anyone have any thoughts ?

Clean the throttle body and MAF to start.

Literally just swapped mine with a new unit chasing a booming noise at idle (no codes). Turns out it's completely fine and this one is in spec. Everything tested the same as the unit I was installing.

I can box it up and ship it to you for a whole lot less than a new unit would cost. But depends on if you want a used unit. PM me if you are interested.

I should note this thing will clean up a whole lot better than this. I haven't touched it after pulling it off.

I also have the coolant bypass hoses and a new PCV hose I can throw in with it. Was thinking $100+shipping?

After rechecking everything my Guru friend Rob said check the throttle fuse. Throttle fuse? I guess I just missed it! New fuse back in action. Occam’s Razor.
