91 fj80,3fe …cranks won't start, has spark, fuel pressure 48 psi…I get a code 14. In diag it says to check voltage at 2 pins at ecu while idling…but it won't start… there is no voltage at pins koeo. any insight would be appreciated!

Have you tried starting fluid to verify you are missing fuel?

Code 14 is telling you the ECU is not getting the correct signal from the igniter.
Normal fuel rail pressure should be between 37 and 46 PSI. I wouldn't be concerned with a reading of 48 as it could be gauge error.
I would swap in a known good igniter from one of the many used part suppliers on this forum.
