Ok guys, I replaced the CPS, the COR and the fusible links.....NO CIGAR!!!!!! Here is my next plan of action.... check ECU is kicking on fuel pump and I'm all ears from here.........

when i'm cranking the engine I do smell a faint scent of gas but no fuel is coming from the return line at the regulator....

This might sound dumb, but try putting some gas in the car. Not 1 or 2 gal but like 5gal. There could be a chance that it is out of fuel. Sending unit can be stuck and show that the car has gas.

This might sound dumb but it happens to people quite often.
