Seems like about half my coils are Denso and half are knock offs. The knock offs fit real tight but the Denso coils come off with no suction at all. Boots were a little brownish but no cracks. Truck runs well but does have the booming at idle.
Is it normal for the Denso coils to fit over the plug loosely? I imagine if they weren't contacting well it would run like s*** right? Also there was a tiny smear of oil on a couple of the coils does that indicate a leaky valve cover?
