No Electrical none no lights no start no buzzers Nothing ? 2012 Tacoma (1 Viewer)

Removed battery to install a different HID kit. Did install , went well. Replaced battery tried to start truck but as subject says no power at all. Battery is strong 12.83 V terminals are clean grounds seem good.
Dont really know what to do. Is there a way to reset the comp ? I am lost.
