Well... After further review. The CEL light bulb was burnt out. Which led me to believe the fuel pump had failed. After swapping the pump out from the donor... SHE RUNS!!! The moral of this story is to check your CEL bulb. Glad I didn't tear into it further... thanks for all the advice and help guys. I thought about deleting this post, but there's a chance it'll help someone else out in the future
