Neat idea that was posted on the Tundras.com Forum. This belt length is for the 5.7 with no AC (did not know it existed), so it allows bypassing the AC compressor with the belt alone. With so many older and higher mileage 200s running around, a failed AC compressor, while not common, is a possibility. Throw one in the back with the other repair and emergency supplies. This could easily get one home and/or driving for an extended period with a failed compressor… and only $12.30 for a Bando brand on close out @ Rockauto. Bando 8PK1865 (1865/25.4 = 73.425)
