Newbie's PHH Question (1 Viewer)

I am RnRing my starter motor to replace it's plunger and contacts. While down there, I have a good view of my PHH. My service records say all hoses were replaced a couple years ago when a new radiator was installed by previous owner, but I don't know enough to tell from these pictures if the PHH was replaced. What do you think? Should I replace my PHH while I am working down there?

It's not OEM and looks pretty healthy. Hose looks a bit thin. Most use Gates Green stripe which is beefy.
